11. Automatic Membership Renewal
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, annual memberships automatically renew each year on the anniversary date of the original purchase.
By purchasing a membership through this Site, you authorize the Arizona Trappers Association to automatically charge the payment method on file for the applicable membership renewal fee at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.
Members may receive reminder notifications prior to the renewal date when possible; however, it remains the member’s responsibility to ensure their contact and billing information is current.
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date by:
- Logging into their account , or
- Contacting the Arizona Trappers Association at bryanarizonatrappers@gmail.com .
If cancellation occurs after a renewal payment has already been processed, the renewal fee may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
The Arizona Trappers Association reserves the right to modify membership fees or benefits. Any changes will apply beginning with the next renewal period.
12. Donations
Donations made through the Site support the mission and activities of the Arizona Trappers Association.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
The Arizona Trappers Association is classified as a 501(c)(5) organization. Contributions may not be tax-deductible as charitable donations. Donors should consult a tax professional regarding deductibility.
